I love making casseroles – they contain everything you need for a healthy, filling meal, all in one dish.

So simple and easy to make – casseroles definitely suit my cooking style.

Most of my go-to casserole recipes were heavy on the carbs – pasta and potato.

But since I switched to eating keto, I had to figure out how to still make my delicious, hearty casseroles but in a keto-friendly way.
