I love making casseroles – they contain everything you need for a healthy, filling meal, all in one dish.
So simple and easy to make – casseroles definitely suit my cooking style.
Most of my go-to casserole recipes were heavy on the carbs – pasta and potato.
But since I switched to eating keto, I had to figure out how to still make my delicious, hearty casseroles but in a keto-friendly way.
Luckily for us – there are many awesome recipe bloggers out there who have done just that!
I have put together a collection of 30 of the best keto casserole recipes I could find. Which one will you try tonight?
